Why is Aprica a good ski resort for school groups?

Aprica is located in the Italian Alps in the Lombardy region. It was established in 1947 and has around 50km of runs with the longest run being over 6km long. As ski resorts go, therefore, Aprica is pretty small. The nightlife isn't too rowdy, but there are plenty of bars, restaurants and coffee shops, as well as a cinema, a swimming pool and a couple of ice skating rinks.

Getting to Aprica
The nearest airport to Aprica is Milan which is 160km and takes around 2 hours to reach.

For beginners
