Passo Tonale sits between Lombardy and Trentino. This high altitude resort has amazing views and is open to the sun. The pistes are snowsure with excellent, well groomed snow all season long thanks to a combination of altitude and artificial snow making machines. The place is popular and can get busy, especially during holiday periods, but the relaxed atmosphere will make it seem less busy than it otherwise would.
Within Passo Tonale lies an area called The Kindergarten, which is a fenced off area complete with a conveyor belt and lots of games and entertainment for students. The resort has plenty more to offer if you fancy something other than skiing. The skidoo safari is great value and amazing fun.

The nearest airport to Passo Tonale is Verona but you can also fly to Milan or Venice which it is commutable via a transfer.
